Marina Stützle is a holistic physiotherapist, certified yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. With over 12 years of experience, she will guide you through the training programme on a holistic level and teach you yoga in a variety of ways so that you can easily integrate yoga into your everyday life. As a teacher & trainer, she travels throughout Germany and teaches yoga in different styles with a therapeutic background with a lot of joy and heart.

Claudia Huber is our Ayurveda expert and brings you closer to the science of life with its many cycles and elements.

Claudia is a holistic Ayurveda practitioner, yoga teacher and health coach. She has been sharing her knowledge of holistic medicine, nutrition, spirituality, yoga and health with many women for over 10 years through coaching, workshops and her annual Glow Habit programme.

Prashant Tewatia is a yoga expert from Goa / India and shares his knowledge of alignment in asanas and therapeutic yoga with us.

Marina met Prashant in Goa in 2013 and Prashant has been in Germany for yoga workshops at Heaven-OnEarth Yoga Studio since 2015.

Contents of the 150h Intensive Yoga Training

The 150-hour intensive yoga training modules are designed in such a way that working people and/or parents can also take part in the modules.

You can expect a holistic intensive yoga training, in a loving atmosphere within a manageable group, which will take you and your yoga practice on a journey into previously unexplored worlds and invite you to enrich your life in many ways and to experience and discover anew. In my YIA I teach holistic yoga with different yoga styles and therapeutically based knowledge, yoga & philosophies of life, yoga anatomy & physiology, pranayama & meditation and time for self-reflection and self-realisation. And if you decide on your journey that you want even more, then you can book the full training to become a yoga teacher. The training concept is designed so that the 150h intensive training is part of the 300h yoga teacher training.

Time frame

150 hours in presence including membership access with numerous videos on yoga anatomy, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy.

Where does training take place?

The 150h intensive yoga training takes place in the spa and bathing town of Bad Saulgau.

Do I have to take vacation for this?

The weekend modules are designed so that working people can also join in.

Is it possible to become a yoga teacher after the 150h intensive yoga training?

Yes, the 150h intensive yoga training is always in combination with the 300h multi-style yoga teacher training. You can decide within the 150h training whether you want to continue.

What happens if I am ill or cannot take part in a day/module?

Then you can easily catch up on the content with the detailed script or book the e-learning of the yoga teacher training, where you will receive audios & videos on all content. You also have access to the membership page with videos and content that are part of the training.

How much yoga experience do I need to take part in the training?

Prerequisite: at least 1-2 years of yoga experience

You should already have regularly attended yoga courses/classes and know the basic yoga asanas and breathing techniques. You will learn everything else in the training.
