50h Basic Thai Yoga Massage Training

Thai Yoga is a form of bodywork that combines the ancient wisdom of Thai massage with yoga, creating a unique and holistic method that leads to deep physical and emotional relaxation. As in yoga, the spiritual context is also applied: mindfulness, devotion, clarity, and inner sensing. In this way, touch becomes a quiet yet vibrant dialogue in order to

  • release blockages in the energy body
  • let life energy flow freely again
  • strengthen the immune system
  • and reduce stress
